Temporary suspension of shipping orders to EU via Japan Post

Due to the elimination of the duty-free allowance for purchases under 150 euros within the EU, the local customs clearance system has apparently not been yet in place, and it seems Japan Post has been suspending the shipment to the EU temporarily. The corresponding shipping methods are below.

In response to this, we Shinei will hold off the shipping to EU in a while. Please be assured that you can place order 24/7, but the actual handling order will be postponed after a while. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but your understanding is appreciated.
* As an alternative shipping method of EMS, we would be able to proceed with your order by UPS reasonably sooner than EMS. Please be aware that extra shipping/handling fee may be required depending on the destination country. (If you prefer UPS to EMS, please request us as soon as you placed order to EU.)
