Frequent Email Delivery Failures
We have been experiencing a lot of email delivery failures because our email messages, for some reason, seem to be marked as spam.

If you cannot find our email messages such as our reply to your inquiry, order confirmation, and shipping confirmation, please check the spam folder as well. If our email messages delivered to the spam directly, we are very pleased to if you marked them as not-spam in your email setting.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused, but your kind understanding is highly appreciated.


Alternative way to verify the status of your order
(1) Go to My Page from the top banner
(2) Log in with your Email address and password
(3) Select “Purchase History” in My Orders

In the Purchase History section, once you specified the date when you ordered, you can check the order status.

* Recent orders are normally displayed in default setting, but any other older ones are not displayed unless you selected the order date.
